Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. After November 12, 2008, the conference rate is no longer guaranteed. Hotel reservation requests received after November 12, 2008, will be accepted on the availability of space, and the rates may vary. If the group rate is no longer available, the room rate increases to the hotel's standard rate.

Please note the Grand Hyatt's cancellation policy when making reservations online or by phone. If no cancellation is received and a guest does not arrive on the day of scheduled arrival, it is considered a no show and subject to a fee in the amount of one night's room and tax.

Air
There are three major airports in the greater Washington area: 

• Reagan National Airport (DCA) is 4.2 miles away from the Grand Hyatt. You can take the DC Metro’s blue line, in the direction of Largo Town Center, directly from Reagan National Airport to the Grand Hyatt Hotel at the Metro Center stop (there is an entrance to the hotel at the station). Shuttles and cabs are available to Washington from all airports. 

Train
Amtrak provides service from many East Coast locations to Union Station, located in downtown Washington, DC. The Grand Hyatt is approximately a five minute taxi ride from Union Station.
