The 9th Annual IAQ Tools for Schools Symposium will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, DC. The Grand Hyatt is conveniently located at Metro Center in downtown Washington, within walking distance of many free museums and cultural attractions.

Room Reservation Information
A special conference rate will be available for Symposium attendees.
To reserve a room at the special conference rate of $189.00 per night for single
occupancy, or $214.00 per night for double occupancy, please visit the Grant
Hyatt's online registration page at http://grandwashington.hyatt.com/groupbooking/epa2008.
You may also call 202-582-1234 to reserve a room over the phone. Be sure
to mention EPA's Indoor Air Quality Tools for Schools Symposium to receive the
special rate.
Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. After November 12, 2008, the
conference rate is no longer guaranteed. Hotel reservation requests received after
November 12, 2008, will be accepted on the availability of space, and the rates may
vary. If the group rate is no longer available, the room rate increases to the hotel's
standard rate.
Please note the Grand Hyatt's cancellation policy when making reservations online or
by phone. If no cancellation is received and a guest does not arrive on the day of
scheduled arrival, it is considered a no show and subject to a fee in the amount of
one night's room and tax.
Directions to the Grand Hyatt
Air
There are three major airports in the greater Washington area:
- Reagan National Airport (DCA) is 4.2 miles away from the Grand Hyatt. You can take the DC Metro’s blue line, in the direction of Largo Town Center, directly from Reagan National Airport to the Grand Hyatt Hotel at the Metro Center stop (there is an entrance to the hotel at the station). Shuttles and cabs are available to Washington from all airports. Train
Amtrak provides service from many East Coast locations to Union Station, located in downtown Washington, DC. The Grand Hyatt is approximately a five minute taxi ride from Union Station.
